I was very pleased with his work from his prompt return of my phone message, his next day evaluation of the job, and his cost effective repair to my wooden gate and replacement of the fence post. Rich saved my bacon! After searching for 2 years for a display cabinet I found one online, it arrived and I assembled it and unfortunately the doors did not aline and could not be fixed so the vendor sent me a replacement cabinet, they figured the pre-drilled holes were misaligned. I was not wanting to assemble it again so after a Google search and a few unanswered voicemails pleading for help, Rich responded and came over and assemble the cabinet for me, price was reasonable and so worth it. I am very happy, he was friendly and professional. I will definitely call Rich for any future household projects and repairs I may have. Just wish I had found him years ago! Thank you!

We couldn’t be more relieved after Rich promptly cleaned the vent of our dryer, which wasn’t drying well, and gave us valuable tips on how to maintain it! Helped reassure us all the time.
